    The Power: A strength-based approach to pilates. This class will leave your mind feeling empowered and your body shaking.

  • The Full Effect : Ready to sculpt lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and feel strong from the inside out? The Full Effect is a weight training class focused on hypertrophy — the science of muscle growth. You'll lift with intention using moderate to heavy weights, controlled tempo, and structured sets and reps designed to challenge and change your body.

    Expect a mix of upper and lower body strength training, progressive overload, and expert coaching to help you master form and get the most out of every rep. Whether you're new to lifting or ready to level up, this class is your time to build strength, confidence, and results.

    The Build : This is where raw power meets smart programming. The Build is a strength-based weight training class built around compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls — the big movers that build real, functional strength. You’ll lift heavier, rest longer, and train with purpose.

    Expect lower rep ranges, progressive overload, and expert coaching to help you dial in your technique and push your limits safely. Whether you're chasing a new PR or just want to feel stronger in and out of the gym, this class will leave you feeling empowered, capable, and STRONG.

  • Our recovery space invites you to reset through contrast—pairing the deep warmth of a traditional sauna with the revitalizing clarity of a cold plunge. Begin by unwinding in the heat, where gentle warmth soothes tired muscles and encourages release. Then, awaken your body and senses with a refreshing cold plunge designed to reduce inflammation and enhance circulation. Together, these practices offer a powerful balance of restoration and resilience—supporting your body’s recovery and your mind’s return to stillness.

Pilates, strength training, and recovery exist in harmony to support the full rhythm of your body and life. We’ve created a studio that feels like a sanctuary: minimal, inviting, and grounded in purpose.
